Three 18 hole golf courses are situated around the county, offering a variety of challenges for both beginner and expert. The courses are located at Kah-Nee-Ta Resort on the Warm Springs Indian Reservation, Nine Peaks in Madras and Crooked River Ranch. There is also a driving range in Madras.

All three courses are open to public play with reasonable green fees the norm. Kah-Nee-Ta is a lush course that meanders along the Warm Springs River, Nine Peaks features panoramic views of the Cascades and Crooked River lies on a stunningly beautiful bench within a canyon of the same name.
