The Collage of culture celebrates spring in Jefferson County. The event trumpets our county’s three primary cultures, Anglo, Native American and Hispanic. The event takes place in Friendship Park off Fourth Street in Madras, near Westside Elementary School.

The Collage features an explosion of visual and performing art reflecting our cultures, ethnic dancing and tantalizing cuisine. Music is a centerpiece of the festival. The Collage festival is free to the public.

The Collage also features eastern Oregon’s largest hot air balloon festival. The Collage is simply a wonderful, colorful celebration of the best of Jefferson County. Click a picture as see some of the sights:
